This research study was undertaken, using both qualitative and quantitative methods, to understand the barriers and facilitators to menstrual cup adoption among women of menstruating age. It aimed to inform policy, design behaviour change interventions, and advocate for sustainable menstrual health practices that are affordable, safe, and environmentally conscious.
