Inequality in India wears many faces — a girl who’s never held a sports jersey, a boy who drops out because his family can’t afford basic hygiene, or a young adult with an idea but no support to become an entrepreneur.
At Kalpavriksha Trust, we see these challenges not as problems, but as starting points for transformation.
Our programs are designed to intervene where the system often fails. We work to create livelihood opportunities, train micro-entrepreneurs, advocate for sustainable menstrual hygiene, and educate the next generation on managing money and resources.
Our Journey Towards Empowerment
Kalpavriksha Trust was born out of a shared vision — a vision where every individual, regardless of background, has access to opportunity, dignity, and growth. Established in 2022, we are a registered social enterprise working across Assam and the northeastern region of India.
Our work spans diverse yet interconnected areas — from promoting girls’ participation in sports, to building entrepreneurship capacity among youth and marginalized groups, to enhancing financial literacy for children and communities often left behind.
