As the implementation partner for the SIDBI Homestay Project, Kalpavriksha Trust provided 21 weeks of sustained mentoring and handholding support to women homestay owners across various regions of Assam. The programme focused on improving service delivery, business planning, and hospitality standards to help the participants build resilient, locally rooted tourism enterprises. KT’s field-based mentoring supported homestay owners in navigating business challenges and scaling sustainably.
